Senior Moments: Artful Aging – Canvas, Coffee, and Community
Join me for a relaxed and creative art afternoon designed for ages 55+, where we’ll gather to connect, create, and craft painted memories together.
Inspired by a video from Jane Fonda (linked below 👇), this workshop is about more than just painting—it’s about staying engaged, building friendships, and enjoying a moment of creativity in good company. Studies show that art can add seven and a half years to your life, so let’s put brush to canvas and enjoy the experience!
For this first (of hopefully many!) Senior Moments, we’ll paint a customizable leaves and shapes design on an 8x8 inch canvas. With lots of flexibility in colours and composition, you can make your painting uniquely yours!
